The market visit would be from main entrance to main exit which happens to be one of the favorite market of messzelato \, where we had organsied a sweet distribution program two years ago and where we had bought raw materials for our delicious Plum Chutney!
We would meet near the market entrance (1067\, Budapest Hunyadi tér 4) at 8\:00 am sharp. The market visit would be for about 1-1\,5 Hours duration.

The extraordinary number of varieties of home made pasta could be easily compared to the number of varieties of chocolates that Artur gomboc likes\:)\: plain\, green spiced\, peppery\, Chilli \, turmeric\, red beet\, Green( mangold ) \, thin\, thick \, short \, long\, straight \, natúr\, zöldfűszeres\, borsos\, chillis\, kurkumás\, piros (céklás)\, zöld (mángoldos)\, vékony\, vastag\, rövid\, hosszú\, fodros\, frilled \, filled etc etc and till now we have just mentioned only pasta and the we atill have not reached the sauce accompaniment!
Why the home made pasta is better than the one available in the shops?
In case of the pasta available at the shops where marked as 2 eggs and 4 eggs means the number of eggs they have used every 1 kg of flour while making. But in the cae of home made pasta \, we prepare pasta with 1 egg for every 100 grams of flour combination which results in a very rich pasta.At home you could chose the type of flour and the number of eggs to make your pasta\, need not stick to white wheat flour\, it could be wholemade flour\, rye as well as oat.... Apart from the basic raw material you could chose freely at home the spice that you wanna add to yout pasta like green spice\, pepper \, turmeric and you could also try your hand at colored pasta with mangold and beet.In short \, in contradiction to popular beilef \, you could make a very healthy and tasty pasta within a short period of time with raw materials carefully chosen by yourself.
