Sarah

I am Sarah I am from Uganda and I am 22yrs now. I come from a family of six people I have all my two parents, their not working with the government they are peasant farmers. They tried to take me to school I started in a nursery school for three years then I joined the primary school after the primary I went to the secondary I studied there for four yrs and completed my ordinary level after that I went to the teacher training college for two yrs I got a certificate in nursery teaching. After that I started looking for a job but it was not easy to find after then I got it in Zinunula nursery and primary school I was very happy to get a job but my happiness lasted for only three months. After those three months things started to change: My boss did not want to pay me when the children were paying school fees. They were not giving us breakfast and lunch they wanted to feed their selves. I decided to leave the school and get another job but by the time I was planning to, they told us that we were going to have some volunteers so I waited for them. They were so good to every one but again the owners of the school treated them badly; they did not want to give them food yet they were paying for it, and in other ways I was so happy because this is where I met the two volunteers who arranged my journey from Uganda so now am a volunteer in Hungary working with the Messzelato which is dealing with the climate change but now I am really happy.
