- If you are aged 18–30 from Hungary, Italy and France.
- If you are interested in understanding fermentation
- Get to know eachother and the local community,
- Taste different ferments and get hands-on practice, learn about the process and the wellbeing of your microbiom
- Strengthening international partnerships
- Engaging Local Communities with our themes
